Fasttrak Driver App 3.17

The FASTTRAK Driver App offers a streamlined user experience for drivers to efficiently manage trips while keeping dispatch personnel in the loop through Fasttrak Ultimate and/or Express software. Prior to embarking on a trip, drivers can easily review and confirm their assigned customer trips.

Once a trip is initiated, with the driver in En Route status, it becomes "Active," enabling the capture of driver status and location data for dispatch software utilization. Throughout the trip, drivers can update trip statuses like On Location, On Board, Dropped, and even indicate exceptions such as No Show.

Furthermore, drivers can take advantage of trip messaging, view trip tickets, make calls or send messages directly from the app, display passenger greet signs, manage driver expenses, track return times, and record trip mileage.
